Customer Service
For any doubt or suggestion, customers can go to the office that is situated in the same building.
Towels and bed linen
Towels are changed twice a week and linen weekly.
Cleaning service
The apartment is delivered clean and cleaned weekly.
Deck chairs
Apartments Rotonda customers have a free service of deck chairs and beach umbrellas on Cala Ferrera beach (200 m from the apartments).
Parking
We have a free parking service only at 6 meters from the apartments.
Half Board
We offer our customers a half board service in the Ficus Restaurant, at 10 meters from the apartments. The price is 20 € per person and day for adults and 12 € per person and day for children.
Swimming Pool
The apartments have a swimming pool with a shower and deck chairs.
Check out
Apartments have to be left before 12 a.m on the departure day, but the building has a room for the luggage as well as a bathroom with 3 showers.
Excursions
You can book boat excursions or tours around the island (Son Amar, Marineland, Aqualand, Drach Caves, visit to Palma city, etc). Just ask in the office.
Rent a car, motos & bikes
You can rent any of these means of transport for all your stay or for only specific moments. .
Taxi service
Ask in the office for a taxi service.
Shuttle Bus service and bus-stop
You can book with us the shuttle bus service from and up to the airport for 13 € per person and transfer.
There is also the bus-stop at 200 meters. So, you can take the bus and make routes and excursions around the island.
Internet
The building has Internet access.
Other services
The apartments have safe boxes (additional cost 7 € per week) and cots (additional cost 25 € per week) asking in the office. The apartments have also a cold/hot air conditioner that you can book for 7 € per day.
